Testament Apparel, a contemporary clothing brand was launched in 2007 by designer and 15 year clothing veteran, Terry Perlman.

The effortless beauty and the ease of the line was inspired by Vintage French 18^th century wall paper,  Rose Bertin the French millner, The Gaulle, a French muslin dress  worn by Marie Antoinette,  and designs that flowed as well as flattered.

Specializing in the softest fabrics that could be worn by all age groups, within months Testament was being worn by Hollywood A-listers, and woman from LA to Paris.  Original burnout prints evolved into more distinctive novelty fabrics, including embroidered silk chiffons,  vintage crochets, vintage laces,  unique washes and mixing beautiful soft fabrics with vintage trims.

We are now relaunching the brand with a new fashion line — a true Testament and inspiration to all women, to never give up  hope and follow their  dream.
